The History of Rap with Jimmy Fallon, Justin Timberlake, and the Mighty Roots Crew- Toya

I don't know why I still can't completely get on board with Justin Timberlake. Yall pray for me because I know it's not right. Is it the Superbowl incident that causes me to still hold ought in my heart against this man I clearly do not know? Or is it that something about him reminds me of Eddie Haskell from Leave It to Beaver? Regardless, this was really cute and truth be told, if Tia and I were at karaoke and saw his doppleganger do any one of these songs, I may be inclined to find out "what his interest are and who he be wit".

Aw I'm glad to see you give some props to JT. And that lyric you quoted is from one of my fave Boyz II Men songs.

Toya, ya know, for me my general somewhat like/dislike over JT was long before superbowl wardrobe malfunction days. I just find him to be self-righteous and smarmy, and overly self-satisfied, when I know his former Nsyncer, JC, can out sing him and produce tracks with a bit more risk and flair, than just fitting in to the pop/r&b world. But I won't deny how fucking talented and genius he is. He has an ear for hits, and obviously has proven to be a beast musically.

JT is talented, but he has always rubbed me the wrong way. I agree with Kesia--JC can sing circles around Justin. I don't know why JC, with the tons of exposure he gets by being a judge on ABDC, has not come out with a new album! JC, please concentrate on the music and not your next fashion move! LOL

Basically what Kesia said.

But Jimmy Fallon and The Roots made me enjoy that medley. Love them!
