This Week in New Music: Sade's "Soldier of Love"

Sade has spent this past week or two on her promotional tour for her new record "Soldier of Love" doing the unthinkable: Performing fully clothed. Yes, it's true, it's true. Groundbreaking, huh?

Amazing how she can come back from a ten year hiatus without a wardrobe malfunction, having to collaborate with the hottest producer or having to put the latest overexposed rapper on any of her music. I think any artists can learn a good deal from Sade in that she knows who she is, she's comfortable with herself (still rocking the same slicked back ponytail and red lipstick)and stays in her lane. By staying in that lane she has sold over 50 million records. Sex sells but only for a short amount of time. If it costs you longevity, is it really worth it?

Soldier of Love is in stores now. Support good music.- Toya
